1. Digital Products
Vazeiun sells electronic books and other digital content.
Unless expressly stated otherwise on a product page, products purchased from Vazeiun are digital products and are not physically shipped.
2. Delivery Method
After successful payment, purchased e-books are normally made available through one or more of the following methods:
- Immediate download from the website;
- A download link displayed after checkout;
- A download link sent to the email address provided during checkout;
- Access through the customer’s Vazeiun account.
The delivery method available may depend on the particular product.
3. Delivery Time
Digital products are normally delivered immediately or shortly after successful payment confirmation.
There are no physical shipping charges or courier delivery times for downloadable e-books.
Vazeiun’s website also describes its e-books as available for immediate purchase and download.
4. Payment Processing Delays
Delivery may be delayed where:
- Payment is still pending;
- The payment processor has not confirmed the transaction;
- A transaction has been flagged for security review;

5. Download Problems

- Receive an invalid download link;

- Receive a corrupted file;

- Ensuring their device supports the file format stated on the product page;
- Maintaining sufficient storage and internet connectivity;
- Safeguarding downloaded files and account credentials.
7. Technical Requirements
E-books may be provided in formats such as PDF, EPUB or other digital formats.
Where a particular application or device is required, this may be stated in the product description.
Customers should review available product information before purchasing.
8. Incorrect Email Address
If you provide an incorrect email address during checkout, contact us as soon as possible.
